With my last InitNG version (20090731) this problem occured some times.
But now it's a blocker. Maybe there is a problem with the hash lookup
tables?

Enabling W_, P_ and F_ brings no output. If I enable D_ there is so much
output, that I have no idea where to start.

This problem begins at 20090824. Till commit c67e02c (with reverted
5f8f75a) there is no problem. InitNG boots fine. Then I have to checkout
4d66175 (because the commits are a little bit fuzzy) [system won't boot,
see photos]. If I revert commit fc391f8 "Avoid the unstandard strndup" I'm
sometimes able to boot. But net/eth0 hangs with START_FAILURE_RCODE.
Sometimes not all agettys are loaded (weird!).

Git commit 1caa1818 fixes this. There was miscalculation for calloc at
initng_toolbox_strndup().

So system starts, but net/eth0 will still fail (see log).
